We’re looking to hire post graduate bookkeepers who already have completed their formal accounting studies. Ideally, not only do you have the technical know-how, but you’ve spent at least 12 months working in an accounting role.

Using the latest SME accounting software like Xero, MYOB, Reckon, and QuickBooks, you’ll be  ‘making their client’s job easier’.

Exceptional personal presentation, communication and rapport building skills will be key when liaising directly with your portfolio of clients.
You will typically spend 4 days a week providing on-site accounting services to a portfolio of 5-10 clients and one day in our North Sydney office.

  • University Qualifications with motivation to gain CPA or IPA Qualifications.
    • Minimum 1 years demonstrated experience in Sales Processing (invoicing, statements receipting, reconciliation), Purchases (supplier invoice entry, payments, reconciliation), Payroll (processing, reporting, superannuation, PAYG, Payroll tax) and Management/ Financial Reporting (profit & loss, balance sheet variance, performance reporting, BAS).
    • Practical experience with accounting software like Xero, MYOB, Reckon, Intuit/ Quickbooks, and Saasu.
    • A good working grasp of Microsoft Office and the Cloud.
    • Analytically minded with a strong attention to detail.
    • Superior written and personal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively manage workloads and deadlines.
    • Strong customer service focus, ethical standards and sense of loyalty.
    • Hold a current clean drivers licence with a reliable vehicle.
