Keep one step ahead and support a team of Senior Executives. Have this head office running like clockwork.

 

How would you like to be doing this in your next role?

  • Providing admin support for the CEO, CFO, Marketing Director and Company Secretary
  • Organising business and social functions
  • Making travel arrangements – commercial flights and private charter
  • Being the 1st point of contact for the USA Office and Regional NSW offices as part of front desk role
  • The office ‘I.T. Champion’
  • Marketing support – producing newsletters, presentations, charts, – drafting and proof reading
  • Basic processing of accounts
  • General office management

Based in a convenient Sydney CBD location, close to Wynyard station, this well-established company with almost 45 years of service to Australian agriculture operates world-class farming, marketing and processing enterprises in Australia.

You will be the Primary Administrative support person at their Sydney head office – and be the ’face of the company’ and the ‘gatekeeper’ for their executives.

You will be able to demonstrate from your previous roles that you can think on your feet, make life easier for all your colleagues and adopt and implement processes and technology to increase efficiencies in the work place – and make it a pleasant place to work!

 

Essential skills will include:

Confident user of MS Office

Being highly organised with strong attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High standards of personal presentation

Minimum HSC or equivalent education

Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion

 

This unique and rewarding role will allow you to ‘connect to the bush’ through helping famers and supporting the organizations rural offices throughout NSW. They are a relaxed, friendly, professional, yet down to earth bunch of people. You’ll essentially be making a huge difference to a whole heap of people.

Hours of work are 8.30 – 5pm with the occasional early start or later finish to cover for breakfasts, dinners, meetings etc. They shut down for 2 weeks over Christmas – so start planning your Summer holiday. This would be an ideal role if you have already worked as a PA and want to truly ‘take ownership’ and make a difference.
