I am seeking an experienced (minimum 5 years) Recruitment Consultant who is looking for an opportunity to ‘run their own show’. My boutique recruitment agency is growing and now needs another local representative in Sydney.
You will have a proven track record in white collar, professional permanent and temporary recruitment. Exposure, experience or qualifications within the Accounting industry would be highly desirable. Most importantly though, you will be a top performing recruitment consultant who enjoys building quality relationships with clients and candidates. I am seeking a special individual who doesn’t just want a job, but who wants to build their reputation as a trusted, proactive local industry recruitment expert.
To get started as one of my handpicked agents – you’ll need your own home office and internet connection. To be successful you’ll need initiative, a positive attitude, self belief, determination and a clear list of personal goals – because I want to help you achieve them!
I’ll provide the infrastructure, support and mentoring – including business cards, mobile phone number, 1300 number, database, email address, marketing materials and campaigns, website, administrative support, promotional items, candidate /client gifts etc.
